I am a fully qualified, advanced bodywork therapist with over 27 years’ experience, I aim is to restore you to an active pain free life, both enhancing and maintaining health. My interest in complementary health started in my 20’s and led me via Rhythmical Massage to Sports Massage, Fascia Informed Bodywork  and finally onto Craniosacral Therapy. What I witnessed is lighter, more informed touch allows the body to heal at a deeper level. Facilitating physical, emotional and psychological change, providing longer lasting results.  I love what I do and feel privileged to be able to help restore you to health.

I have studied alongside internationally renowned tutors including Franklin Sills, Katherine Ukleja and John Barnes.

I continuously update my skills, and  bring a multi-disciplinary approach to my treatment, I keep up to date with current research. I am particularly interested in the body-mind connection, and love to witness the innate power of the body to self-heal; my work facilitates the body to do this, in a gentle, safe and profoundly effective way.

I have the privilege of sharing my passion for Craniosacral Therapy as part of the expert tutor team alongside Franklyn Sills at the Karuna Institute. I am also privileged to share my advanced knowledge of Fascia both nationally and internationally, through my teaching.
